Like when Hemingway lost the trunk is how I felt when the first draft of this website was hacked and backup sadly corrupted, so now we’re starting over from scratch.
Actually, to Hemingway, it happened twice. (Me: three times, ffs.)
In 1922, Hemingway, in Switzerland, called wife Hadley, in Spain, and asked her to pack up all his writings and come to him to give them to a publisher there. At the train station, in Madrid, she left the luggage on the platform, turned around to get a coffee, and it was gone forever.
The other time, Hem left a pair of fully-packed Louis Vuitton steamer trunks, with one set-up as the original steampunk moveable office, complete with typewriter, locked up in the Ritz Carlton basement, in Paris, in 1928. In 1950, George Ritz returned the trunk and an incomplete manuscript that became “A Moveable Feast.”
But what if rather than lost classic fiction writing, inside the trunk was primary source information from scientists documenting the bio magnetic electric forces that underpin all of nature. From a hundred years ago; we were told to dismiss as make believe, coincidence or black magic. But it was all real.
I had a problem and was looking for a solution; I discovered the trunk. It saved my life and I used its lost dark arts to heal my family, and I knew a lot of people could be helped if I shared the knowledge.
The best thing about knowledge, once ya know it, you don’t need the trunk.
Not sure how long this site will be up this time. Read the important bits quickly, just in case!
And if it’s still here, look for fun features about the lives of not-so-mad scientists, then and now, experiments with their original machines and testing latest-generation kit, where to find it and how it all works.
Once you get into the story, it’s less about science and more about logic, independent of our deluded common sense that insists there’s nothing there.
Like if Hemingway finally opened the trunk in 1950, and all his papers were gone!
Nothing there.
Not the case then, or now.
Trunk’s full.
(This is what we actually just moved into 333 E 46! To start this show…)
