‘Special status granted to bioponic phytoceutical U.S. patent application’

Bioponic Phytoceuticals, Inc. announced that its utility patent application “Method of Making Phytotherapeutic Hydrosols” has been granted a Petition To Make Special by the United States Patent And Trademark Office.

The petition requests that the application be made special under the accelerated examination procedure set forth in M.P.E.P. 708.02 Section XII: Special status for Applications relating to Biotechnology Field.”

The company’s patent application underlies its bioresonant phytotherapeutic products, which are currently available worldwide.

The patent elucidates a new natural healing modality called bioresonant phytotherapeutics, which utilizes the process of tuned sympathetic bioresonance produced in the molecular memory of water molecules, entrained with the phytochemical signature of distilled herbal plants. This process establishes a bioresonant harmonic matrix, which in turn provides healing through optimum bioavailability.

Bioponic phytoceuticals is engaged in the development and production of bioresonant phytotherapeutic and nutraceutical products for sale in the complementary alternative medicine and natural products markets. The company has developed a new healing modality and several branded product lines currently in distribution. Bioponic is presently focused on the production of natural products that are used by consumers to promote health and well-being, and to help prevent disease.
